I'm originally from Pine Bluff, AR. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2010 with a degree in Biology. I quickly went on to Physician Assistant school at Harding University. I love to snow-ski, travel, play on my iPad (thanks Dad!), spend lots and lots of time with my family and friends, shop (at HUGE sales... thanks Mammaw!), cross things off my endless To-Do lists, cook, and laugh/smile with my patients. I graduate in December 2012. I plan to live and work in Fayetteville, specializing in surgery. I also have a passion for medicine, for family, for life, for people, for Lance, and for Jesus.
Lance is originally from Lockwood, MO. He went to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for his undergraduate degree. However, he was not keen enough to find me during those four years of undergrad. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2010 and now works as a project engineer at a tool company in Fayetteville called Marshalltown. He loves to snow-ski, travel in general, fantasize about race cars, read, attend any event that involves Razorback sports (especially football), and spend quality time with family and friends. Most importantly, he loves me... but, loves the Lord even more.
How we met
One word... one person: Amy. We met at her birthday dinner in Fayetteville in late March 2011. Amy, thank you for being born. Lance and I almost instantly connected with each other and almost immediately started dating, especially after I spent the weekend with his family in Lockwood (OUR FIRST DATE). I can honestly say I fell in love with him after two weeks of being together. We have continued to fall more in love with each other ever since. True story.
